Join us on Saturday morning for a celebration of the Boyne Valley, its produce, its producers and its people. Much revered Author & local celebrity Chef patron of the East Coast Cookery School Tara Walker will be joined by Boyne Valley Flavours Ambassadors Patrick Hanlon and Russell Alford, better known in culinary circles as the ‘Gastro Gays’. They will prepare some delicious plates from the region showcasing the best of local produce, encouraging and celebrating Boyne Valley Flavours new initiative ‘Place on a Plate’
