Martry Mill has been grinding grain since 1641. The sustainable operation is thanks to fourth generation James Tallon who will give a fascinating insight into the culture of milling in Ireland. There will be an opportunity to ‘mill and fill’ your own bag of stone ground flour and join Chef Gerry Meade in cooking some beautiful bread, ready for the Sunday lunch table!
